1:1 Coaching is a collaborative, ongoing process designed to support embodied growth, integration, and meaningful change in your relationships and intimate life. Unlike consultations, coaching focuses on working toward specific goals through practice, reflection, and real-world application over time.
In coaching, we don’t just talk about insight—we work with the body, the nervous system, and lived experience to build new relational and intimacy skills in a sustainable way. Sessions emphasize noticing patterns as they arise, practicing new ways of communicating and relating, and developing the capacity to stay present, regulated, and choice-filled in moments that matter.
Coaching may include guided somatic practices, experiential exercises, communication and intimacy skill-building, and structured reflection between sessions. Together, we identify where you want to grow and move at a pace that supports both challenge and safety. This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about expanding your range—so new options become available when old patterns no longer serve you.
