This coaching session is for you! Let’s learn from those past mistakes and establish actionable steps that are sexy, fun, and manageable. Then, let’s make those habits that will last! This is an ongoing, somatic and practice-based process supporting couples in building new communication and intimacy skills and working toward shared relationship goals.

Consistency is key! I recommend at least 3 consecutive months with a session every week.

Couples Coaching is an ongoing, collaborative process designed to support partners in building, practicing, and creating habitual relational and intimacy skills together. Coaching focuses on working toward shared goals through practice, reflection, and integration over time—supporting real change in how you communicate, connect, and relate.

In coaching, we work experientially with what happens between you in the moment, using somatic awareness and guided practices to help you notice patterns, expand choice, and respond with greater presence, empathy, respect, and intention. Sessions may include communication and intimacy practices, nervous system regulation, boundary and consent work, and structured reflection between sessions. The pace is intentional, supporting both safety and growth.

Couples Coaching is a good fit if you’re ready to practice new ways of relating, strengthen emotional and intimate connection, and build a more resilient, embodied partnership together.
